THE HOME
One Manor Way is a comfortable holiday home in the village of Tighnabruaich in Argyll, with uninterrupted views of the West Kyle and the Isle of Bute.
A modern 3 bedroom home that comfortably sleeps 7 in a selection of double, twin and single beds.
Stunning sea views.
Families and friends can relax in the bright living room, or sit at the table of the kitchen diner, and enjoy ever changing views.
The house benefits from central heating, a shower room and separate bathroom. Outside there is a good sized shed which will soon be ready to store bikes and sports equipment.
PERFECT LOCATION
The home is ideally located on the shore road; a no-through road that provides access to the village.
Stunning views can be enjoyed from most rooms through large windows, while sitting in the front garden, or from the rocky beach a few steps in front of the house.
It is not unusual to see porpoises feeding a few hundred metres from the shore at breakfast. Yachts and boats constantly come and go with the wind and tide.
These views will have you staring out to sea for most of your stay. For active types, this close proximity to the beach makes the house a great place to launch SUP and kayaks.
LOCAL COMMUNITY
This home is quiet, but never feels secluded. There are friendly shops, cafes, restaurants & pubs all within a few minutes walk. The communities of Tighnabruaich and Kames are always welcoming.
Active guests can walk coastal paths from the door, cycle along the Cowal Peninsula, play at the Kyles Golf Club or hit balls on the local tennis court.
The West Kyle is suitable for a variety of water sports, including swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing & fishing.
Those who wish to take it easy can enjoy this unique place by taking a stroll along Shore Road to the village, or to the pier and the view points beyond.
LATEST NEWS
From 2024, the house is no longer pet friendly as new carpets have been fitted this year. Our couches are also recently reupholstered.
When staying indoors, there is WiFi, TV and DVDs to entertain. If you need a break from technology, there is always a good supply of books.
Parents of younger children and babies can travel light as we have a stair gate, travel cot and baby bath.
